By commissioning me, you automatically agree with the information on these terms.

I reserve the right to decline a commission request judged to be offensive in terms of bigotry, racism, sexualisation and prejudice.

I also reserve the right to cancel a request and/or stop the work on a commission if any of these terms are breached, or due to rude and inappropriate behaviour.

Artworks that are made for personal use must not be redistributed, sold as prints, NFTs nor merchandise of any sort.

If you want a piece for commercial use, I need to be informed beforehand so we can discuss the terms and adjust the quote accordingly.

The final piece must not be altered by anyone, including the client.

As we progress in the commission process, I'll send you various sketches and Works in Progress pieces, those may not be shared.

I reserve the right to use my own artwork in online or physical galleries, portfolios, printed material and any form of publication.

COMMISSION PROCESS
The process I work with for commissions, don't hesitate to reach out if you have any question not answered here!

To begin, email me describing what you are looking for is as many details as possible, so we can discuss the rates for the piece.

Please, do share lots of references and don't hesitate to go into details when describing your idea, that will definitely help me create the best artwork possible for your needs! :)

After we agree on the direction and fee, and after the first payment (20% of total commission fee) is done, I'll start sketching.

For portrait commissions, I'll start with a base sketch/outline version to which we can make a few alterations before proceeding, while for half body character pictures I'll send you two different sketches for comparison and for illustrations and full body character art, I'll send you three base compositions.

After we decide on a composition for the artwork, I'll refine it and make any alterations specified by the client, for illustrations I'll include colour variations with the refined sketch.

When the refined sketch is approved, the second payment (40% of total commission fee) must be completed before I start refining and developing the piece.

Through the whole process I will send you two weekly progress updates, this allows for better communication between us and as a result, for an artwork that you will love!

Once each progress step is approved, any major change requests are at the artists discretion to incorporate or charge an extra fee.

On the initial draft phase I allow for bigger alterations so we can get the composition right (even drafting one new composition before refining the sketch). On the painting stage, I allow for 3 minor alterations for free, such as to add or change an accessory on the character, or a minor background detail.

You will be informed about the deadline before we start, and during the quote phase. The deadline may vary depending on the complexity of the piece and my commission queue. But an estimate is 10-30 days to complete a commission.

When the artwork is complete and approved, I'll invoice you for the last payment (40% of total commission fee), and after that is complete, you will receive the final image file by e-mail or a google drive folder if needed.
PAYMENT
By commissioning me, you automatically agree with the information on these terms.

All payments are made through PayPal invoices.

I work with a three instalment payment system (20/40/40) to ensure fairness and safety for both client and artist.

20% after we discuss the details of the commission and agree on the quote, that is, before I start sketching.

40% after the sketch is approved, before I begin painting and refining the artwork.

The final 40% is paid when the artwork is completed, before I send you the final files.

Commission work will not begin until the first instalment of the payment is completed.

If you decide to cancel a commission for any reason, a kill fee applies: I'll keep 30% of the paid price if the request is cancelled in the sketch stage, 60% after the sketch has been approved.

If by any reason, personal or otherwise, I'm unable to complete a commission, you will be informed and fully refunded before the agreed deadline.

No refunds after your commission has been finished and delivered to you.
